Shipping:
We aim to despatch items the day we receive your order. On occasion we will source from the factory and should this lead to a delay in despatching your order for more than 48 hours we shall let you know.
United Kingdom
FREE carriage on all footwear over £125 via DPD. Next day service to most destinations.
Europe
£25 carriage for secure delivery usually via DHL for single or multiple pair orders. Estimated shipping 2 to 3 working days.
Worldwide
£30 carriage for secure delivery usually via DHL for single or multiple pair orders. Estimated shipping 2 to 5 working days.
Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Turkey: We are presently unable to deliver to these destination countries.
Customs and Taxes to destinations outside the UK: 20% UK VAT will be deducted for items going outside the UK when you select the country of delivery.
EU customers: You will not be charged UK VAT. DHL will contact you to pay local taxes prior to delivery.
Non EU customers: You will not be charged UK VAT. DHL may contact you prior to delivery should any import tax be payable.
BFPO customers: If you place an order for delivery to a BFPO (British Forces Posted Overseas) address outside the UK the VAT paid will be refunded on receipt of your order. Please state in the comments section when placing your order that your BFPO address is outside the VAT territory of the UK.
Accessories: Carriage is charged at the market rate to all destinations.
Guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely happy with your shoes simply return them to us within 60 days in their original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Refusal to accept customs charges: Should you refuse to accept the parcel when the courier requests payment of taxes and the parcel is consequently returned to us we shall charge you for the carriage costs.
Returns:
All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch and should reach you in perfect condition. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return them to us within 31 days for a full refund, less any postage charged. They must be in a saleable condition, unworn and in the original packaging.
UK returns: For £6 we provide a fully tracked returns service from any one of 3,000 DPD appointed collection shops throughout the UK. Simply email sales@bradshawandlloyd.com to request the label and let us know if you would like to be sent an alternative size.
Returns from outside the UK: If you would like a DHL returns label we charge £25 for each pair of shoes returned from within Europe and £30 per pair from outside Europe. The collection can be conveniently arranged from your delivery address. You will be able to reclaim any taxes paid on returned items via DHL. Simply email sales@bradshawandlloyd.com and request the label and let us know if you would like to be sent an alternative size.
